Initial Assessment

1. Standard

Duration: 30 minutes
Comprehensive evaluation and assessment to determine the most appropriate treatment plan
Fee: $100

2. Extended - Duration: 40 minutes

Concussion and vestibular conditions
Includes treatment (IMS/Dry Needling)
Fee: $120

Follow-up Sessions

1. Standard

Duration: 20 minutes
Fee: $90

2. Extended (by request)

Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: $100

3. Concussion / Vestibular Rehabilitation

Duration: 40 minutes
Fee: $145

4. Extended 1 hour (by request)

Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $200
