Educational Background
Josh graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in December 2020 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC.
Professional Interests
Throughout his time at school, Josh gained experience with a vast range of patients from athletes at UBC and Douglas College to patients with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
Inspiration for Going into Massage Therapy
In 2017 and 2018 he received a few concussions which had a negative effect on his previous career. He recovered with help from massage therapy and physiotherapy, inspiring him to pursue a career in massage to give the same care he received back to others.
He is passionate about anatomy and helping people with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Josh ensures that every treatment is individually catered to patients by utilizing numerous massage techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue massage.
Personal Interests
Josh loves to travel and enjoys spending as much of his time as possible doing outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, snowboarding, kayaking, and exploring new rivers and lakes.
